Can I put a password on a word document? I want to keep some of my documents private as I have a shared computer. I have microsoft word 2007. Thanks!

    Here's another option for you to, take any file and place it in a locked program that only you can open with a password.

    look down the page under security/privacy
    file encryption tool (click)
    new page open and you will have alot of choices to look at, just read and find one that suites your needs.
