Here's another option for you to, take any file and place it in a locked program that only you can open with a password.

look down the page under security/privacy
file encryption tool (click)
new page open and you will have alot of choices to look at, just read and find one that suites your needs.
I have Windows 7 and need Welsh Proofing for Word, please not Word 2003. I don't dare download the Interface Pack, my laptop will go Welsh.
