I use liquid criotine, but it doesn't work as well as criotine pills. If you take criotine pills AND protein powder, you will gain muscle fast and effectively. Nutrition is VERY important when working out, especially amino acids, which are in protein. Lifting weights is only 10 percent of it, 90 percent is nutrition and rest. If you give your body all the proper nutrients, your muscles will grow faster. Amino acids are found in protein and help muscles grow, so protein is essential to muscle growth. Criotine pills help you get stronger faster and protein powder helps you gain muscle.
Also, rest is very important. I work out monday, wensday, and friday. On monday, I do my biceps and triceps. On wensday, I do my chest and back. And on friday, I do my legs and shoulders. I rest on tuesdays, thursdays, and the weekends. Don't work out every body part a day, your muscles won't grow. If you follow a certain patern like I do and feed your body the right nutrients and rest, you'll start noticing your body changing in two or four months.
