Is it true that wearing briefs will reduce the number of wet dreams one has?

    No, although briefs will lower your sperm count temporarily since they hold your testicles closer to your body and thus expose them to more heat, which can inhibit sperm production.

    If you want to reduce the number of wet dreams you have, masturbate. If you want to increase them, hold off on masturbation.
