You have a tricyclic anti-depressant pill, most likely from either a Elavil, Tryptanol, Endep, Elatrol, or a Tryptizol box. It is used to help treat late life depression, reactive depression, or secondary depressions from alcoholism and schizophrenia. It also can be used to help treat bed wetting in children. Given your dosage, it is most likely the later.
