Help answer this question below.

I rent an apt. in Pennsylvania and I have no written lease. Legally do I have to give any notice that I am moving, if so how much notice is required?

    at the very least...give the landlord 30 days notice (60+ days in writing if at all possible.) That gives him enough time to clean it up & rent the place out again.
