So how do we change that about ourselves? I've realized that I feel the need to impress others in the workplace by my involvement in important files or by always being the person with answers or my offering advice without being asked. My problem is that I don't want to be that person because I know it is detrimental to my ability to manage effectively within a team and to building an effective team.
