If a hooker charged rape against a man, and in court the man said he wanted a 'rape' deal, so he forced sex with her, and paid her $1k after and she accepted the $ is there a crime other than prostitution? what if she didn't take the$

    if she would have not taken the money she would possibly had a case, but being a prostitute isn't the best for being a witness
