If you are pulled over for speeding by a police officer and he asks you to step out of the vehicle do you have the right to tell the officer no?

    In todays world, "no".

    I would cooperate but I would ask the officer to clarify/ why what he is looking for. I can save him a lot of time if I know what he is fishing for but "fishing" is out unless he has seen in my car a univeral red flag,
