Churches CAN be sanctioned (and their leaders sued) for "disturbing the peace."
You need to find both lawyers and peace officers with testicles, to file the proper complaints.
If that was happening in MY neighborhood, I guarantee I could put a stop to it; trust me on that. I know someone who did so, in a similar situation.

Shortly, cameras will decide who gets a ticket and who doesn't. If the sign says 55, at what speed should the camera spit out a ticket?

You're reading There is a Church arcoss the street from my house and every Sunday they come out side and blast music and we cant even watch the news. Many people have complained to to town but nothing is getting done. What Laws are they breaking? Can we do anything?

Threats won't work, unfortunately, because you aren't dealing with people who are intelligent enough to properly react to a threat.
