Yes. I believe they were chasing cars. That is all I can tell.
I have also seen some foot chases. The vehicles in those cases were shoes.
And then, I saw them chase a bike once.
How does law enforcement ever catch anyone from surveillance videos? The pictures are unrecognizable!
