Use 0-rings if you have them, or use a well washed bit of pink eraser stuck on the end until you can get a new ball. Buy some extras this time, and ask your piercer to check the tension on your ring.
can you put tongue rings into a pierced tragus? if not, can you ask your piercer to use a smaller needle so you can? if so, what size?

I got my tragus pierced a week ago,its was fine but yesterday it gotreally swollen and hurts alot but theres no pus is it infected?
