My insiders333 system has 19 winning nbrs...9 nbrs win 19 chips...5 nbrs win 7 chips...5 nbrs win 1 chip against 4 nbrs lose entire stake of 23 chips..9 nbrs win 11 chips and 5 nbrs loose 5 chips.Plan flexible to target more blk or more red nbrs,feedback?

Roulette I like to play the even money ( outside bets) on the roulette table, but the one & only casino in my city does not have the enprison or surrender rule, so could you suggest what is the best alternative strategy when playing those outside bets?
