First I think you should ask yourself why you want to stop. Why do you think it's a bad habit? Really knowing why you want to do something always makes it a little easier to do.
If you still want to stop, one way is to restrict your ability to access girl porn. For example: If you have any in your home, get rid of it. Also, try to physically block yourself from acquiring any: set up controls on your web browser, or start going to a video store that doesn't have a porn section. Also, plan your day thoroughly: if every moment is accounted for, you won't have any free time to succumb to the habit.
A second way might be to consider seeking the help of a support group, like AA for porn. Or confide in a friend you think might support you. Or consider professional help (if that sounds too expensive or otherwise beyond you, remember that a normal doctor can refer you to someone or go over the services available to you).
My boyfriend watches porn,sends and receives pics and video but I've totally lost any sexual attraction to him because of it. What to do?
