15 year old Sony tv has poor color quality and now flickers off and on. Worth fixing or just replace it?

Have it picked up and recycled; then buy a television second hand.

Where is the fuse of a sony kv-25ds1 model? i accidentally plugged this unit in 220v but actually it is 110v,. it pop out, so i think the fuse is it's problem, please help me..
