He did not make the boy his son, so no he should not be responsible for the boy, but the intent was there, it is possible they could make him pay child support.
I feel so sorry for that little boy, everyone giving up on him.

Things turned out ok....the judge said that he does not have to pay child support since he did not adopt. Thanks for your reply Spicy!
