You're reading Colt 1911 or M9 Beretta? Why?

Ok, thank you for your answer. That is one of the top reasons why people prefer the Beretta.

C'mon man your gonna answer this question based on mag. Capacity? Look man it all completely depends on the situation. The 1911 fires 45cal. Acp. This is a heavy usually innacurate type of ammunition, that all depends on the variation. The capasity of the magazine also depends on variation. It holds greater stoping power but with less acuracy than a baretta m92f. So for a home defence weapon, both will do the job but a 1911 takes this one. Now from a tactical perspective your baretta m92 is a highly accurate handgun, its considerably light weight, easy to maintain, strip, reasemble, it fires 9mm ammunition. It does the job well and with moderately easy recoil. Like Hardline stated the baretta has had its complaints, cracking slide assembly being most common from what I've read. But these can be avoided by simple care taking. The m92 is a very dependable weapon on the field, in the line of defence.
