Should we make it legal to castrate multiple sex offenders with heinous records?

    JUSTNORMAL

    Great idea, however many many years ago they did just that. But instead of raping or molesting, they killed the victims instead, our of sheer anger. I think they would be locked up for life on the first offense. We all know if they get out, they will do it again and again..

    • Maybe a GPS chip imbedded deep inside their brains hooked up to a detanatable charge would solve this glitch.

    • Knowing what we know now, probably not. What I was thinking is, of some sort of computer type chip in the part of the brain that has to do with sex. That way they would not kill, rape or molest. They would just be morons lol
