OpenGL support is a function of your video card drivers. If you haven't installed the latest drivers for your video card, then do that first. If that still doesn't work, then you might need to replace your video card for a newer version so that you can get the newer OpenGL support.

You're reading I have a graphics/video card that apparently cannot run a program with OpenGL 1.2 because it needs OpenGL 1.3.. how do i get OpenGL 1.3? Is it an actual hardware upgrade or is there a software upgrade i can do?
