I drink smoke and lose it all the time girl friend left me dnt work im suicidle and currently in a mental hospital just got done for driving intoxicated for the fith time with no licence CAN I GET HER BACK?

I think the first thing you need to do is concentrate on getting well. I don't think you have much hope of getting her back whilst you are not well.
