Do You Think The Use Of Skinny, Attractive Models Used In Advertising Cause Individuals To Become More Body Conscious? I am conducting research for my Media course about people's opinions, male or female, and would love to know what you think! Thank you!

    Yes definitely. That's probably a good thing in general. If you care about yourself then you tend to care about nutrition and health (oops there goes millions of Americans, not that they have a patent) at least to a degree. I think females are becoming less obsessed with looking like Kate Moss these days though. Males usually fall into 2 catagoies: obsessive and "don't give a f%@#"
    I see plenty of ads these days that have a plethora of weight types so... I know lots of guys who like Big women. I have many African American friends who like their women lookin' "healthy" (large). Not me really but to each their own.
