You might want to look into the governing body that monitors legal ethical behavior of attorneys in your state. Look for the licensing department of professional regulations in your state. The office is known by different names in eadh location, but if you call your state's Capital building courthouse, they should be able to lead you in the right direction. Just ask them what the name is of the watchdog group that monitors professional behavior of attorneys and issues their licenses. Then call them to ask how to file a complaint. At least, if you can't sue, you may at least have the satisfaction of having the attorney punished some other way. I know this because I have two daughters who are attorneys.
