Very much so. Never in all my days have I had the kind of friendly customer service from a Home Depot employee as I have enjoyed lately. "Everyone appreciates everyone more." You're reading If there is a "good" side to our lousy world-wide economy, it may be that people who still have jobs appreciate them and don't complain/badmouth/moan. Customer service is much better as well. Everyone appreciates everyone more. Is that your experience?

Exactly, m'dear. Thank you for your answer tuvw and Happy Tuesday! It is kinda sad that it takes a world-wide recession/depression to bring out the best in people but those with jobs constantly tell you how blessed they feel, which is a nice change from all the typical complaints "I'm underpaid, they don't appreciate me, my boss is a jerk" yadayadayada! :)
