How can a man that is not circumcised impregnate a woman (with the extra skin on the penis)

    The same way a circumsized can. The extra skin would not hamper the production or expulsion of semen.

    • There is no "extra skin". It isn't "extra", it is natural, and what was there to begin with. It is a circumcised/altered man that is MISSING skin.
