I would write a very positive sounding essay about myself. I would tell them that I am the type of person who never quits. Let them know that you are always focused on the task that is in front of you and that taking time off is a no no for you until the job is completed.
If they are looking for part time help, experience isn't their big concern. They simply want people who will follow simple orders and make it easier for them to run their business from day to day. You can also tell them that you are active in scouting and that you are a regular church goer. They also like to see honesty and determination in their job candidates.
