Help answer this question below.

Mp3 player Base HK260 plays for 10 seconds and skips to next item.
It was working well for 2 months.
How to solve this problem ? please.

It's stuck in "Intro" mode.

As for how to get out of it, I am not familiar with tat particular make/model, so I would read the manual. Look for "Intro".
