Interesting, sounds like it was an almost-free proposition, a small two-location private corp. If it were the other way around I'd question whether FAO Schwartz could understand the sharp and risky demand curves of the mass toy market. I'd propose that the two businesses will be somewhat complementary, like a mass market car maker having a small racing line.
