What do you do when your depressed to the EXTREME..home alone. no tv no pc nothing technological

    Depressed and home alone, I would leave the house.
    No TV, pc, or technology, I would read a book, work on a craft, draw something, look at old pictures, scrap book old pictures, clean, re-organize, come up with an idea to improve something and so forth.
