No, unless they hire you on the spot. That isn't happening these days. They try to treat everyone exactly alike and ask all the candidates the same questions (as much as possible) to prevent saying something that could be taken as a positive or indication that they will hire you. If they did it could lead to problems if you don't get the job.

I agree, I've been to ones where they even time the interview so that everyone gets the same time as well.
