You're reading Do you normally spell the word collectable "collectable" or "collectible"? The word can be spelled either way, by the way.
Comments
I have always spelled it collectable. So when I was in the States last month and saw signs with the spelling "collectible", I figured it was the American spelling of the word. Canadians spell a few words the British way.
BTW, I like your avatar killdrphil. (I was in Seattle last month, just passing by on my way to SoCal.)

And the British spell some things just slightly differently from Americans. And vice versa.
Oh which one? I just changed it earlier. Now it's Dark Helmet from Spaceballs.
Ah. You have dinner at that one what is it a Sushi Bar?

Dark Helmet from Spaceballs. Reminds me of a Samurai.
Lol...I was at the Seattle Airport, and there, in the food court, is a fast food place called Maki of Japan. My family and I always eat at that place when we stop by Seattle.
Btw, I think your city is beautiful. Especially the landscape---mountains and sea combination, and the interesting lush trees---I love trees. Edmonton where I live is boring---a veritable, redneck prairie "hick town", or as one writer once described it---"the backlot of a metal scrap factory." Lol.

Dark Helmet: I am your father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate.
Bearded Lady: I'm the Bearded Lady. Who are you, one of the freaks?
[Bearded Lady chest bumps Dark Helmet, gets in his escape rod and closes the door]
Dark Helmet: Get out of my escape pod you bearded bitch!
Hahah. Yeah. Washington is beautiful, yeah. Many parts of it. I plan on moving to a more beautiful part of it than where I am right now. Oh, well, heh, yeah, "the backlot of a metal scrap factory"...have you ever thought of moving to a nicer area?

Lol. I've thought about moving to Victoria (Vancouver Island), but only when I retire. Sigh.
