What's the fastest and best workout for the upper, middle and lower abdonimals?

    Lay on your back and grab into something stable. Lift legs straight up for as many as you can. Do variations like going in circles. Then holding legs about 3 inches from floor for as long as you can. We use to do this in martial arts.
