Maybe Acid bumps? Have you been eating a lot of fruit or tomatoes (sauce) or drinking a lot of orange juice/tomato juice? Sometimes, doing so can cause certain folks to have a reaction (acid bumps) due to the large quantity of acidic juices.
If this is the case, stop eating/drinking acidic foods for awhile and see if all clears up. If not, ask a family physician/dentist.
