9 blinks shows an error in the power supply, the zero crossing circuit is not seeing a clean signal from the ac line -the repair is quite common most shops can do for 150$ or less
I have an AKAI television that will not power on, any suggestions?

I have a Sony KV-32FS13 and when I try to power it on, the timer/standby light blinks and the tv turns off imidiately. What can I do to fix?

My LCD 32" TV and on the back it is rated for 110v and 220v. Can i go to another country with 220v and plug the TV into the wall?
