Can a person be held accountable for throwing a dog into the middle of the street into traffic?

    -Charges include animal cruelty and posing a danger to the public. Even if you avoid that the law of Karma will hold yu accountable. If the dog, or anyone else is injured or dies as a result of your actions, you will have to carry that burden within your heart until the Karma ripens and you experience retribution.
