• you americans r rich anyway. look at ur economy. look at last years statistics for the average american family's income. u'll be astonished. and compared to every other country, products in the US r one of the cheapest, if not THE cheapest.... (compared using the income-expenditure ratio of each family).

• Yeah. Wealthier people back in the day were heavier because they had an abundance of food and drink. I believe most americans are heavier now, because of all the unhealthy cheap foods we have an abundance of.
