The concept of "child evangelism" is deeply disturbing to me. What's your opinion? I'd like to know.

    I think it's messed up.

    A child's brain physically isn't developed until they at least reach what, age 14 or so? They should be allowed to mature fully and then make their own determination about their belief system.

    Child evangelism smacks of cult indoctrination to me.

    • I highly disagree... How can someone make the decision when they are older if they were never introduced to Jesus's love when they were younger? Even if a child's brain is not fully developed, the statistics do not lie. I do not mean to affend at all. I am a Children's Ministry major. I encourage you to look up The Barna Research group. It has some real proven statistics on why ministry to children is so important.
