Help answer this question below.

I have an upstairs neighbor who runs back and forth to the washroom every 10-15 minutes all day long.Assuming he isn't drunk,what could be causing this.What(if anything )I say to him about this?

Chronic stomach or urinary problems.

OCD hand washing or other behavior.

Likes to look in the mirror at himself.

Talk to the landlord, but I wouldn't approach the neighbor. He might be sicker than you think and also dangerous. You never know.
