I got a ticket for making a right turn on a red light at a "no turn on red" corner. The sign is hard to see, and it was nighttime. Can I fight the ticket on those grounds?

All traffic signs are designed and located to give the motorists the optimal vision in day time and at night. i was not there, but i find it hard to believe, that of all the other people that obeyed this sign, you are the only one the officer cited, for not obeying.

    • What an insipid, totally out of order reply!! This person assumes that government is right in this instance, and it may very well not be. And, there is a very respectable principle, based on Common Law, which provides that there is no criminal offense, absent an injured party.

By and large--especially these days--government is a racket, and a money making operation. Both nationally and locally. Fight for your rights, with every breath you take!!! PEACE!!
