You're reading Do you burn calories in your sleep? cause that`s what i`ve heard. If you do, how? and how much if you are sleeping for 9 hours?

Wow, how wrong can a person be? When a person goes to sleep, their body does not just "shut down" and cease to work!! You do more than just "breathe" in sleep! In fact, bodies (as well as minds) are extremely active during sleep! It's definitely more than 30! It's more like between 400-600 calories.
