First of all, your question is flawed in that there are no facts to back up your assertion that any tactics used by the administration produced false confessions in an effort to go to war.
Secondly, if the interrogations go correctly, mainstream America should never hear about them. That's National Security information that the general public shouldn't be privvy to. There's no evidence either way that any President prior to Bush either authorized or disallowed the use of "torture" tactics.
America was really very safe from terrorism before george w bush?
