Help answer this question below.

What do you do if you had a minor bumper crusher, the guy you hit does not want you to call your insurance agent but wants cash? When I eventually did call my agent, the guy I hit still did not take his car to be repaired. do I send $ now?

No way, you're in the clear. There's no way this guy is legally on the road if all he wants is the cash!
