Why is my 13 week old baby boy producing so much saliva?

    He's probably teething. Some babies start to teethe that early, but a tooth won't show up for a few more months or you could wake up tomorrow and one will be poking through. His little gums are probably bothering him, you could give him a cold wash cloth to chew on, or the teething rings that you put in the fridge. You could also try a carrot if you don't think he will be able to chew a piece off and choke on it, sometimes just rubbing your finger along his gums provides relief aswell. Enjoy him while he's small cuz they grow up way to fast!
