I don't know. It's strange because one of my good friends (not anymore, but at the time) shaves her arms, and I've always been self-conscious about my arm hair because it's thicker and darker than everyone else's, so I started shaving my arms too. My mom was disgusted, and all of my friends thought it was extremely weird. I feel better without the arm hair, but I'm afraid people will notice so I wear long sleeves a lot. Maybe one day I'll get laser hair removal and get rid of it for a longer period of time. I think maybe in the future people will accept shaved arms like they do shaved legs, if enough girls do it. I'm sure shaved legs had to have been a bit strange at some point too.

    • I don't usually shave my arm hair. I was just bored that day so I did it.

    • When it grows back, it might look funny. I was gonna stop that day after my mom said it was disgusting, but when it started growing back it looked worse than before and it was obvious I had shaved. Hope it's not that way for you, though.
