Help answer this question below.

The directions for Claritin say not to take more than 1 tablet in 24 hours. I took 1 at 7am, and it's 10pm. I really need 1 now. Is it safe?

The instructions on over the counter drug packages are usually extra cautious. I'm pretty sure you won't suffer adverse effects if you take one more now. If you swallow a boatload of them or take more than the recommended dose regularly, you might run into problems.

But in this case, I'll bet it's safe.
