In WWII there was a battle I heard about where a few American pilots shot down a lot Japanese planes without losing any American planes, anyone know what it was?

  • It could be anything post-Midway, where both the skill of the pilots and the quality of the aircraft on the American side increased, and when both decreased on the Japanese side.
