Help answer this question below.

I have an older model magnavox console tv it seems to generally work good but last night on one channel i lost the sound from the actors no talking i still could here all the background noise just fine but not voices it is still the same this morning

is the problem on just one channel??? this may be caused by a sat/cable box as well
