Do pigs make good pets? What's the smallest one?

    Not really. Even the so-called small pot bellied pigs can grow quite large.

    I know a lady who has a couple. She has many animals in fact. It looks like she should be building an ark soon.

    However, I should add that they don't make good INDOOR pets. They are fine outside. Hers were in the house until they just kept growing and growing. They would get excited and run around the house knocking things over.

    She is very wealthy and has a lot of valuables. She basically couldn't afford to keep them as inside pets any longer.

    • You're forgetting about the teacup pigs. They only grow to a height of 12 inches and 35 pounds. I have one named, Lily.
