    yoga its not a type urpoint ofview too bad because of its a exercie and also i cangradulat u. our people dont konw this kneely . i am produe of u. ok,yoga its art how many nerves in our body , u know 72000 yoga in india .now its not awell known teacher isnt here.
    only teach 108 yoga.ok
    but i told taht how to reduse our karma or sin,
    that is bakthi yago,karma yoga: raja yoga:thiyana yoga(nediatai yog)
    first u will get one guru and follow in way because this kaliyuga so best is bhakthi yoga only.
    i can ovre comeur sin and can change ur destiny
