Help answer this question below.

I have a very obvious vein on my face and it's not a spider vein. Is there a way to reduce its appearance without using makeup?

I believe there are some over-the-counter preparations that contain Vitamin-K that are used for varicose veins. This would probably work for that. As at the pharmacy in your drug store to be sure.
