Help answer this question below.

I have a soundblaster x-fi xtreme gamer sound card and it causes scratchy noises and "pops" from my speakers. I have tried updating my bios, using various diferent driver versions, changing the pci ports and bios settings on my pc. any suggestions?

    Did you update your audio drivers?
    Do you have another sound card you could try?
    It could also be your speaakers.
