In GA, we broke our lease 6 months early because of a job transfer. Our landlord kept our deposit and wants 2 more months of rent. They even rented the place before we moved. Is their request for more money legal?

    You need to consult local regulations in the city where you lived. If it's a big city, they probably have a tenants rights organization that could help you. If your company transferred you to a new location, they might be able to take care of it for you.
